for it shines in darkness
And darkness flees

When light shines
Great joy arrives
Hope is rekindled
And despair fades away

You are the light
A city set on a hill
You have no place to hide
Get ignited and ignite others

To the dark world, you are light
Shine bright with all your might
Reinforce and shine
Christ, your light is your guide

When you let your light shine
To all, you'll bring delight
The paths of others will be bright
Helping them to achieve their destiny without plight
